DOG hotel

Pets must be fully vaccinated, regularly treated for fleas and ticks, and dewormed as recommended.
Pets must not have chronic illnesses, contagious diseases, or require ongoing medication.
Pets must not be in heat during the stay.
Owners are required to bring their pet’s own food and personal items. (The hospital does not provide pet food or cat litter.)
Please bring the owner’s national ID card or passport every time.
If owners request pets to stay together in the same room, an additional 50% of the room rate per day will be charged.
Visiting hours: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Advance appointment required.)
A health examination by a veterinarian is required before every stay.
Check-in / Check-out: 8:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. Arrivals outside operating hours (10:31 p.m. – 7:59 a.m.) will incur an additional 100 THB fee.
A 50% deposit is required prior to admission. The deposit is non-refundable in all cancellation cases.
In the event of any damage caused by the pet, the hospital reserves the right to charge according to actual costs.
