Service fees are based on your pet’s weight and coat length.

The grooming team will assess and confirm the final price again on the day of service

Please note that the listed service fees do not include additional charges in the following cases:

If your pet has severely matted fur, a dematting fee will apply, starting from 100 THB.

1. Ear staining or heavy ear dirt If special shampoo is required for ear cleaning, an additional fee will apply, starting from 100 THB

2. Skin allergies requiring medicated shampoo If your pet has skin allergies and needs medicated shampoo, a medicated wash fee of 100 THB per affected area will apply.

3. No medicated shampoo provided by the owner If the owner does not bring medicated shampoo, the veterinarian will prescribe appropriate medication. Charges will apply for both the medication and medicated wash at 100 THB per affected area.

4. Mild or gentle shampoo request (no skin condition) If your pet does not have skin problems but the owner requests a gentle shampoo, this service is already included in the package.

5. Basic physical examination A basic physical check by a veterinarian is provided free of charge for the first bathing service, or upon owner request before subsequent grooming sessions. (Additional charges may apply if any abnormalities are found.)
