บริการรถรับ–ส่งสัตว์เลี้ยงให้บริการเฉพาะการรับจากที่พักอาศัยหรือสถานที่ต่าง ๆ เพื่อเดินทางมายังโรงพยาบาลสัตว์ของเราเท่านั้น
*ไม่มีบริการรับ–ส่งไปยังสถานที่อื่นนอกเหนือจากโรงพยาบาล
อัตราค่าบริการ
- เที่ยวเดียว เริ่มต้นที่ 150 บาท
- ไป–กลับ เริ่มต้นที่ 250 บาท
- ค่าบริการคิดตามระยะทางจริง
การจองและมัดจำ
- ผู้ใช้บริการต้องชำระเงินมัดจำ 50% ของค่าบริการ ทุกครั้งที่ทำการจอง
อุปกรณ์สำหรับการเดินทาง
- กรุณาเตรียมกรงหรือตะกร้าสำหรับสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกครั้ง
- ในกรณีที่ไม่มีกรงหรือตะกร้า สามารถใช้สายจูงในการนำสัตว์เลี้ยงขึ้นรถได้
ค่าธรรมเนียมการทำความสะอาด
- หากสัตว์เลี้ยง (ที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในกรงหรือตะกร้า) มีการปัสสาวะ อุจจาระ หรืออาเจียนภายในรถ
ทางโรงพยาบาลขอเรียกเก็บค่าทำความสะอาด 500 บาทต่อตัว
การยกเลิกบริการ
- สามารถยกเลิกการจองได้ล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 1 วันก่อนวันนัดหมาย
- ไม่สามารถยกเลิกในวันที่เข้ารับบริการได้
ระยะเวลาการรอรับ
- เมื่อรถถึงสถานที่นัดหมาย พนักงานสามารถรอได้ไม่เกิน 10–15 นาที
การชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือ
- ค่าบริการส่วนที่เหลือต้องชำระให้ครบถ้วน ก่อนเริ่มการนัดหมายทุกครั้ง
Pet Taxi Service Terms & Conditions
Our Pet Taxi service is provided exclusively for transportation to our hospital only.
Pick-up is available from residences or other locations to our hospital.
*We do not provide transportation to destinations other than our hospital.
Service Fees
- One-way trip: starting from 150 THB
- Round trip: starting from 250 THB
- Fees are calculated based on distance.
Booking & Deposit
- A 50% deposit of the service fee is required for every booking.
Travel Equipment
- Pet owners are required to prepare a carrier or cage for their pets for every trip.
- If a carrier or cage is not available, pets may be transported using a leash.
Cleaning Fee
- If a pet (not placed in a carrier or cage) urinates, defecates, or vomits inside the vehicle,
a cleaning fee of 500 THB per pet will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- Bookings can be cancelled at least 1 day prior to the scheduled service date.
- Same-day cancellations are not permitted.
Waiting Time
- Once the vehicle arrives at the pick-up location, the driver can wait for a maximum of 10–15 minutes.
Final Payment
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the service appointment.
